RONDOBOX FOUNDER REGISTRY | TERMS OF SALE

1. Nature of the Contribution

RondoBox is currently in the development and manufacturing phase of the Mk1 mobile soccer unit. By joining the Founder Registry, you are providing early-stage support to launch tech-driven soccer in Knoxville. Your purchase is a "Founding" contribution and is not a purchase of equity or ownership in RondoBox LLC.

2. Fulfillment Timeline (2026 World Cup)

All physical rewards, including "Matchday Captain" sessions, "Golden Boot" rounds, and "First Team" benefits, are scheduled for fulfillment during the 2026 World Cup activation window. While RondoBox intends to meet all stated timelines, deployment is subject to manufacturing, permitting, and logistical schedules.

3. Specific Tier Terms

Matchday Captain: Private sessions must be scheduled during designated tournament windows. Pro-player appearances are subject to athlete availability and may be substituted with a comparable experience if necessary.

Digital Recognition: The "Digital Founders Scroll" is a digital display. RondoBox reserves the right to review and approve all names or logos for display to ensure community-standard brand alignment.

Transferability: All digital passes and rounds are 100% transferable but hold no cash value.

4. No-Refund Policy

Due to the "Founder" nature of these contributions and the immediate allocation of funds toward the development of the Mk1 unit, all sales are final. In the event that RondoBox is unable to deploy the Mk1 unit by December 31, 2026, a pro-rated credit or refund may be issued at the sole discretion of RondoBox LLC.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
