RONDOBOX | REFUND POLICY 

1. All Sales Final RondoBox is a pre-launch venture. Because all "Founder Registry" contributions are immediately allocated toward the manufacturing, tech development, and deployment of the Mk1 unit for the 2026 World Cup, all sales are final.

2. Founder Contributions By purchasing a tier, you acknowledge that you are supporting an early-stage project. These funds are used to secure the 741 Broadway location and build the hardware necessary for the activation.

3. Transferability While we do not offer refunds, we understand that plans change. All digital passes, Matchday Captain sessions, and Golden Boot rounds are 100% transferable. You may gift or sell your access codes to another party for use during the 2026 tournament window.

4. Fulfillment Guarantee If RondoBox LLC is unable to deploy the Mk1 unit in Knoxville, TN by December 31, 2026, we will evaluate pro-rated credits or refunds for all original contributors on a case-by-case basis.
